Getting Better Results with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). One of the topics our Career Coaches frequently cover is how jobseekers can create resumes that will be screened into Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), instead of being relegated to the proverbial black hole. In this workshop, we will discuss:

1) Introduction to ATS technology (resume parsing).

2) Keywords and job titles to strengthen your ATS applications.

3) Better formatting techniques so the parsing process is not disrupted.

4) Telling your story in an impactful way (your resume narrative).

Taught by SUNY Erie Dean of Employment and Training Services II, Denise Raymond-DiBlasi, M.S., Certified Workforce Development Professional.
